John O’Kennedy is a composer, record producer and multi-instrumental session musician.  John has hundreds of film music credits in his association with Walt Disney Productions, Warner Brothers, Universal, Roger Corman, Hughes Aerospace, IBM, TDK Media, and the USA Network.  His most recent CD productions are The Voodoo Fixs Not For Nothing and Cameron Daddo’s Ten Songs and Change. Given his 30 years of experience with LA-area singer-songwriters and bands, he is known for his collaborative music direction, tasteful session work and intuitive accompaniment.

On producing both the Mariachi and Celtic versions of “Unchained Melody” for Variations: Dylanna Music Presents Unchained Melody, John said, “How cool is it to be asked to do what I do best: producing two different versions of such a timeless classic?”
